Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or Canada Post outlet.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
